Our Story
How a simple observation became a mission
It started back in 2024. Every time I went to buy medicines, I noticed the same thing: most medical stores still relied on paper registers. Handwritten entries. Manual stock counts. Endless searching through pages.
A few stores used software like ERP Marg, but it was expensive, complex, and built for large distributors—not neighborhood pharmacies. For the average store owner, it was simply out of reach.
Then in early 2026, a close friend opened his own medical store in Haridwar. When I visited him, I saw the same struggle—registers everywhere, stock confusion, and hours lost to paperwork. That's when it hit me: "Why don't I build an app for him? Something simple that actually helps."
But then I paused. This wasn't just about one friend. Across India, thousands of pharmacy owners faced the exact same problem. Why build an app for just one store when I could build something that solves this for everyone?
As a developer, I started planning. Researching. Talking to pharmacy owners. Understanding what they actually needed—not what software companies assumed they needed. The result is Pharma Entrix: a mobile-first, simple, and affordable solution built specifically for Indian pharmacy owners.
